Integral IT is now Integral 365

After twenty years, we’ve changed our name. Everything else is staying exactly where it is.

As of 17th September 2026, Integral IT is Integral 365.

New name, new logo, new website. Same company, same team, same phone number, and the same contracts we already have with you. If you’re a customer, there’s nothing for you to do.

Why bother

Because “IT” stopped being an honest description of what we do.

In 2006 we were a Yorkshire company that looked after PCs running Microsoft Office. That’s what IT meant, and the name fitted.

Twenty years on we design, secure and manage Microsoft 365, Azure and Copilot for organisations in more than fifteen countries, from offices in Yorkshire, Texas and Manila – which means somebody is awake whenever something breaks.

Calling that “IT” undersells it, and more to the point it tells a business owner almost nothing about whether we can help them.

The part we’re quietly proud of

We don’t only look after businesses directly.

Other IT companies call us. So do in-house enterprise IT teams, and owners who want to run Microsoft 365 properly themselves. When the people whose job it is to know this already come to you for the answer, that tells you more about depth than any strapline we could write.

That’s the business the name needed to catch up with.

The 365 does two jobs

It’s the Microsoft platform we specialise in – it’s genuinely all we do.

And it’s the cover. Three time zones, one team, every day of the year.

What hasn’t changed

The company, the ownership, the team, your contract, your service levels, and the people you already ring. Your existing email addresses for us still work.

We’re proud of twenty years of relationships. A new colour palette doesn’t touch those, and we’d have left the name alone if it still told the truth.
