Co Secure & Manage
You already have technical people. What you don't have is someone who lives in Microsoft 365. We take that layer — secured monthly, monitored continuously, and backed by unlimited second and third line support for your team.

Your Team Keeps the Day Job. We Keep Microsoft 365 Secure.
Businesses with an internal IT team — or a capable incumbent MSP — are perfectly able to run day-to-day IT. Microsoft 365 is the bit that quietly drifts.
New features arrive every month. Conditional Access gains capabilities nobody has time to read about. Policies set two years ago are still doing exactly what they did two years ago. Nothing breaks, so nothing gets looked at — until something does.
Co – Secure & Manage takes that layer off your team. Once your tenant has been through a Tenant Secure deployment, we review and remediate the baseline policies every month, monitor Defender continuously, roll out new Conditional Access capabilities as Microsoft releases them, and sit down with you quarterly to talk about what changed and what’s next.
Your technical team stays in charge of everything else, and gets unlimited second and third line support from ours whenever they reach the edge of what they know. It is co-management in the literal sense: you are not handing anything over, you are adding the specialist you would otherwise have to hire.
And because it is a fixed monthly fee rather than a per-seat charge, growing your headcount does not grow your bill.
What We Take Off Your Team’s Plate
The whole Microsoft 365 security layer — configured, maintained, monitored and reviewed. Nobody on your side has to become the tenant expert.
Fully Configured and Secured Microsoft 365
Your tenant hardened across identity, email, sharing and devices, built on our blueprint rather than a checklist someone downloaded.
Monthly Policy Review and Remediation
Every month we check your baseline policies against what Microsoft has changed and what attackers are doing, then fix the gaps. Not a report telling you to fix them.
Security Monitoring Across Microsoft 365
Continuous oversight of Defender for Office 365, SharePoint and Teams, so risks get dealt with rather than discovered afterwards.
Email Security, Configured and Managed
Defender for Microsoft 365 set up properly and kept that way — phishing, malware, impersonation, and the settings most tenants never switch on.
Conditional Access That Keeps Up
Microsoft ships new Conditional Access capabilities constantly. We roll them out as they land, so your access controls don't age.
Unlimited 2nd and 3rd Line for Your tTchs
A business-hours helpdesk for your technical team, not your end users. Unlimited second and third line support, so your people always have somewhere to escalate.
How Co – Secure & Manage Works
Two parts: getting your tenant right, then keeping it right. The second part is where most co-managed arrangements quietly fail, and it is the part we have built the service around.
Step 1 — Tenant Secure Sets the Baseline
Co-managed support starts from a known good position, which means a Tenant Secure deployment first: a full audit of your licensing and deployed features, an executive summary of where you actually stand, and then our baseline controls applied without disrupting the business.
In the co-managed delivery model your team stays hands-on. We configure the test devices and deploy the controls; your technicians roll out the rest, with our training and assistance behind them.
What the baseline covers:
- Identity and authentication hardened, legacy sign-in methods closed off
- Conditional Access built around how your business actually works
- Defender for Office 365 configured properly, not left on defaults
- Device enrolment, encryption, endpoint protection and patching where Plan 2 applies
Business Premium alone carries around 95 security controls. Very few are switched on out of the box, which is why so many businesses — and so many IT providers — end up buying third-party software they are already paying Microsoft for.
Step 2 — We Keep It There
A tenant that was secure in January is not a tenant that is secure in December. Microsoft changes things. So does everyone else.
Every month: baseline policies reviewed and remediated, new Conditional Access capabilities rolled out as Microsoft releases them, Defender posture checked across Office 365, SharePoint and Teams.
Every quarter: a review with your dedicated account manager. Where you are, what changed, what is coming — plus practical guidance on the parts of Microsoft 365 your people still aren’t using. Bookings, Planner, To Do, Lists, Forms, Loop. You have already paid for them.
Throughout: proactive deep-dive reviews scoping the next layer worth adding — Global Secure Access, sensitivity labels, data loss prevention. We will tell you when you need them, and when you don’t.
If part of your business would be better served by full per-user support, you can add that to the same agreement without moving providers.
FAQs
Total Secure & Manage is priced per user and supports your staff directly, including their devices. Co – Secure & Manage is a fixed monthly fee and supports your technical team instead — they keep the end-user relationship, we give them unlimited second and third line behind it.
No. Plenty of our co-managed clients have an incumbent provider doing general IT perfectly well. We take the Microsoft 365 layer, which is usually the piece nobody is specialising in, and we would rather work directly with them than around them.
We compare your tenant against our current baseline, check what Microsoft has changed since last month, identify where things have drifted, and remediate it. You get a summary of what we found and what we did. It is remediation, not homework.
Yes — we need appropriate administrative access to configure and maintain the environment. We work on least-privilege roles and can fit whatever access model your governance requires.
Yes. Co-managed clients can select from our per-user packages for the teams that need them, alongside the fixed monthly agreement. Remote monitoring, Microsoft 365 backup and tenant management may carry additional cost depending on scope.
