This policy explains what personal information Integral365 collects, why we collect it, and what you can do about it.

Integral365 provides Microsoft 365 and Azure consultancy, deployment and managed services. We are the data controller for the information described here. We handle personal data in line with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

The information we collect

When you complete a form on this website, book a discovery call or request a security audit, we collect the details you give us: typically your name, business email address, telephone number, employer and anything you write in the message. We also collect limited technical information about your visit, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you view.

Why we use it

We use your details to reply to your enquiry, to provide and support the services you have asked for, and to meet our legal and contractual obligations. Where we contact you about services similar to those you have already enquired about, we do so on the basis of our legitimate interests, and every message includes a way to opt out. We do not sell your personal information to anyone.

Who we share it with

We share personal data with the suppliers who help us run our business, including Microsoft as the provider of the platforms we deploy and support, and our hosting, email and CRM providers. These suppliers act on our instructions and are bound to keep the information secure. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry records for up to two years from our last contact with you. Where you become a customer, we keep records for the duration of the contract and for six years afterwards to meet our legal and accounting obligations.

Your rights

You have the right to ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to ask us to transfer it elsewhere.
